Privacy Policy

Listen Fix Grow, LLC (“we”, “us”) operates listenfixgrow.com. This explains what the site collects, what it doesn’t, and what happens to it.
We’ve written it the way we’d want it written for us. If anything here is unclear, email eddie@listenfixgrow.com and we’ll explain it or fix the wording.
The short version
- We never sell your information. To anyone. Ever. We don’t share it for advertising, we don’t trade it, and we don’t build profiles.
- Your message isn’t stored on this website. It’s emailed to us, the same as if you’d emailed directly.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. No Facebook pixel, no ad network, no cross-site tracking.
- We don’t send marketing email. There’s no list to join and no sequence to escape.
What we collect
When you use the contact form
You give us your name, email address, and your message.
That’s relayed straight to our email inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider, and is not written to any database on this site. There’s no dashboard of submissions. The only lasting copy is the email in our mailbox, exactly as though you’d emailed us yourself.
We use it to reply to you and to have the conversation you started. Nothing else.
Resend keeps short-term delivery logs (recipient, timestamp, delivery status) for operational purposes, and our email provider stores the message as it would any email. We mention this because “we store nothing anywhere” would be untrue, and we’d rather be accurate than flattering.
When you simply visit
Our host, Cloudflare, records standard server information (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to serve the site and protect it from attack and abuse. This happens for essentially every website on the internet.
Cloudflare sets a strictly-necessary security cookie (__cf_bm) to
distinguish people from bots. It lasts about thirty minutes, is used only for
security, and isn’t used to track you across sites.
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you’re not an automated bot. It’s designed not to track individuals and doesn’t profile you across the web.
Analytics
For analytics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is deliberately cookieless. It counts page views, referrers and rough geography in aggregate. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint you, and cannot identify you as an individual.
That’s a deliberate choice. We’d rather know less about you and not have to put a consent banner in your way. If we ever adopt analytics that require cookies, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent first.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or rent personal information. We don’t share it for targeted advertising or “cross-context behavioural advertising.” We don’t buy data about you. We don’t run ad networks or retargeting. We don’t use your message to train anything. We don’t add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our email for as long as the conversation is useful, typically through the engagement and a reasonable period after. We delete it no later than 24 months after our last exchange, and sooner when it’s clearly finished.
Ask us to delete it earlier and we will, unless we’re legally required to keep it.
Who we share it with

They act on our instructions. We don’t give your information to anyone else, except where we’re legally required to.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email eddie@listenfixgrow.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. We won’t treat you differently for asking.
If you’re in the EU or UK, you also have rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your data protection authority. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest (replying to someone who contacted us) and consent where you’ve given it. Our providers are US-based, so your information may be processed in the United States under appropriate safeguards.
If you’re in California, you have the rights above plus the right to know what we collect and why. We do not sell or share personal information, so there’s no opt-out to offer. That box is already ticked.
If you’re in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Florida, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland or another state with a privacy law, you have comparable rights. Rather than track which law applies to you, we extend the same rights to everyone.
Global Privacy Control: we honour GPC signals. Since we don’t sell or share data, there’s nothing for it to switch off, but we respect it as a statement of your preference.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we’ll delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Your message travels encrypted to our inbox and isn’t stored on the website. No system is perfectly secure, but there’s very little here to breach. Which is rather the point.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we’ll update this page and change the effective date above. Material changes will be obvious, not buried.
