These terms cover your use of listenfixgrow.com, operated by Listen Fix Grow, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company.

What these terms cover, and what they don’t

These terms govern this website only.

If we work together, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both of us, covering scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality, ownership of work, and everything else that matters. Nothing on this website creates that agreement, and nothing here overrides it.

Reading this site, sending us a message, or having a discovery conversation does not form a consulting relationship or oblige either of us to anything.

Using the site

You may read, use and share this site for any lawful purpose. Please don’t:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
  • use automated tools to overload, scrape at scale, or disrupt it
  • submit anything unlawful, or anyone else’s personal information without their permission
  • use the contact form for bulk or unsolicited commercial messages

The content here describes how we work and what we think. It’s general information, not professional advice for your particular situation, and you shouldn’t act on it as though we’d looked at your business, because we haven’t yet.

That’s rather the point of talking first.

The text, design, logos and the Listen Fix Grow name are ours. You’re welcome to quote or link to us with attribution. Please don’t republish substantial portions as your own, or use our name and marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.

What you send us

You keep ownership of anything you send through the form. By sending it, you give us permission to read it and reply, which is all we want it for. See our privacy policy for what happens to it.

Please don’t send confidential or sensitive information through a web form before we’ve agreed how to handle it. If something is sensitive, say so and we’ll arrange a better channel.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up and accurate, but we don’t promise either. It’s provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or remove content at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Listen Fix Grow, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

This limitation applies to the website. Liability arising from consulting work is addressed in the separate agreement governing that work.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

Where we link to someone else, we’re pointing at something useful, not vouching for it. We aren’t responsible for other sites’ content or privacy practices.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, and we both consent to that jurisdiction.
